A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before we meet.
Is Grocer for my kind of farm?+
Grocer is currently offered only to farmers and farm businesses in the United States selling directly to households: independent dairies, recurring farm boxes, CSA programs and farm stores. We’ll review your actual ordering and fulfillment process together.
Can I keep my existing ordering system?+
Let’s map what you already use first. We can discuss an inbox-focused pilot or a broader customer and subscription workflow. Compatibility and migration needs are assessed before any integration is promised.
Does Grocer provide delivery drivers?+
Grocer’s focus is managing customer orders and fulfillment workflows. Driver networks, refrigerated transport and third-party delivery integrations are separate arrangements scoped for your operation.
What about herdshares and farm-specific rules?+
Your membership requirements, approval process, pickup rules and product restrictions need to be defined during setup. An automated conversation should follow those rules, not bypass them.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?+
Start with a conversation about your farm, customer volume and current tools. We’ll agree a focused pilot and its price before you commit. There’s no payment or account creation required to inquire.
